Research Interests:

Our investigations are centered on the utilization of optical and laser methods for the elucidation of transient processes of biomedical significance.  Short-lived intermediates involved in enzymatic catalysis are generated and probed by fast optical methods.  Processes in living mammalian systems are monitored by fiber optics.
